We’re talking about baking cakes and coddling for a team that’s shown a propensity for being soft & ill equipped to deal w adversity.

You could’ve used Saban, JJ, Butch, Day, Coach O, Schnelly or any other successful coach who don’t or didn’t do this chit. Yet, u chose to go to an extreme of comparing baked goods v. welcoming criminals.

Throw in OK St in there, my boy. They e been avg. the 39th ranked recruiting class in the nation, yet are constantly in contention for a Big12 crown. Throw TCU in that bih; **** Oregon wasn’t getting top talent til like the last 2 yrs or so. You are absolutely right.

Coach’s wives have been cooking shlt for coaches’ players since forever. Good coaches, bad coaches, nice coaches, asshöle coaches, all kinds of coaches. At the end of the day, has no impact on whether that coach is good or not. If his wife happens to put sprinkles on it, it doesn’t mean he’s soft, it doesn’t mean he’s hard, it means she likes to put sprinkles on shlt.

We’ll see how good he is or not on the field.

Turns out you are pretty **** stupid. You said that sweets make this team soft, to which i answered "Lets be like Urban and get criminals in, since they are so tough".

Btw, if you still havent got it, this is borderline moronic. Sabans players get six figures, apartments and Benz just by attending Bama. Not by playing a single snap of football.

These presents should turn players lazy, because they get stuff for not doing anything on the college level, yet they arent lazy. Makes you wonder.

Yeah there's some ridiculous stretching going on in here. Justice might wind up failing, but it'll have nothing to do with his wife making ice cream sandwiches for players.

I have my doubts about Diaz too, but I guess I need to be a 19 time All Pro from Stanford to extrapolate suckiness from an assistant's wife's dessert proclivities. Here I was thinking I could judge a coach by what he does, how his team responds to him, and the results he achieves. It's next level **** to get in the sprinkle deciphering game.

Do I need to be a successful trial lawyer to be bright enough to decipher context? And if all that is the case how come each and every last one of y'all wanted to chime in on mullens wife or on that idjit before spooning with a shark?

U moron it was an example. The point was the approach to them. They're being cuddled. And stop with the dumb *** 4-1 take. We've played 1 team capable of beating us and they certainly did just that.

There is a happy medium here. Coaches should be respected but also liked.

As a teacher I know that I need to command the classroom enough that my students will respect/listen to me, but at the same time.... if I am too strict and avoid building relationships with them, then I risk losing them psychologically.

Being a hard *** and striking fear into your pupils doesn’t make you a good coach/teacher. It’s all about finding that middle ground.
 
I’d also like to point out that this generation of kids do not possess the same mental fortitude as their predecessors. Thick skin is hard to come by. If you’re too much of a disciplinarian, you risk destroying a kid’s psyche.

Not sure what Mullet's wife does other than make out with players. I love making fun of her ***** *** because I hate the gator, her and her husband and everything to do with that program. Same with Sharky. I don't give a **** about Sharky now because he's irrelevant at CMU.
