I wouldn’t be so sure King leaves. Doubt the NFL is looking at him at QB right now.

And looking at Bama’s D right now should have you foaming at the mouth and they’ll be replacing several starting OL, WRs, possibly Mac Jones, RB, etc.

I get that they always reload but their D has taken a step back like we haven’t seen under Saban.

Wasn't the same thing said about Clemson this time last week?

Why do people keep pretending like Bama, Clemson and the likes have been unbeatable, the only reason those schools have remained up top for so long started with the double agent troll shalala castrated the football program from within, and continues under flake baker, where they luv to keep hiring these start up headcoaches which in turn has given teams like Fsu, Bama, Lsu and Clemson free reign over alot of recruits down here because all they have to say is, you can commit to who you know knows WTF he's doing or commit to a new headcoach who's going to ask you to help him bring the program back and the reason that is because he doesn't actually know how to do it.

Again, while rhett lashlee is a solid OC, how many guys on this staff have that True Miami mindset, cause that's what really always separated us from other schools, not only did we have the players but we also had the coaches to match, and right now, I'm still seeing to much scared man calls from these coordinators. Also, when are we going to see some production from any other tight-end not named brevin, the wait continues.

I am afraid next year has 6-6 written all over it. We will have a ton of players leave early, who shouldn't and we will once again be very young next year. And who knows whats going to happen at QB. (6-6 if King goes pro, which he has no reason to stay. His draft grade wont go up or down with a 6th year of college)

I think you just answered your own question...at least why bama and Clemson are close to unbeatable for Miami

I agree, maybe 7-5. Most of our impact plAyers this year are transfers, who likely won’t be here next year

So not only did Covid take away our great schedule that we needed and flexed Clemson onto our schedule while removing Wagner, that **** came a year too early.. this is our life!

For a rebuilding program like Miami, Bama is a good test to show young players where they are at. One game is not the season. I think we will build off the first game. If you were hoping for National Championships you have to wait several more years.

****, I remember reading similar posts immediately after the Florida game, and then after the LSU game the year before that...

You should consider editing your post to state “for a perpetually rebuilding program like Miami”

For one thing, both games you mention had completely different offensive staffs. If Lashlee et al are the right people for the job, then we should see steady improvemnet. This shouldn't be a lightning in a bottle situation like LSU last year. It took Schnellenberger 4 years and Butch 5 to get to the top.

Well, Manny has been on staff and leading the D for 5 years now.

If people have even a shred of objectivity in them, a NC shouldn’t even be a thought. We have absolutely nothing to suggest we are on our way there

also, 2016 was the last time we finished a season strong and looked like we improved through the year....

We have to play the big dogs to get better. Alabaga is not unbeatable anyway but I don’t see us beating them 2021

WE will be ELITE with good depth in 2022. That is the year we will star competing/beating the top teams

Probably so but they also have the best player in the country at QB and RB and they may be the best 2 players OVERALL in the country regardless of position. No one else can say that.

And Clemson won’t be saying it next year I hope.

I didn't even realize this season was over yet. That sh*t just flew by, seems like just last weekend was our 4th game. ****, what a season. Already have to get ready for Bama in 2021.
