Well I never liked liked Rich Rod so him at VT fits nicely. Always hated them anyway.

I would hate to see Rich Rod take that VTech job, they would instantly stop running that Stone Age offense they've been trotting out for the last 20 years. Lots of great talent in that Tidewater area, they just need a coach that actually takes advantage of it.

I've said it before, a spread guy would do well. Pair up a spread guy with the skill position athletes from the Hampton Roads area with a tough nosed defense? that's a deadly combo...

Campbell from Toledo would be a great hire for them, imo.
