Yeah for upper bowl. There's no reason why I can't find 100 section fix for under $100 bucks in a half empty stadium.

It took about ten seconds to find 100 level seats on Miami's sideline for $49 plus fees.

DO NOT sit in the upper deck level at Heinz Field. Horrible seats. Wind blows in there off the river and even at 45 degrees you'll freeze (unless you're used to it). Only place to sit in that frozen igloo are the boxes

Not sure what kind of filters you have on, but when I go to Stubhub, every single lower level section is blue with available tickets. 106 has them for $49, 101 for $30, 114 for $57, etc.
