Meh. You can only tell someone how to play. You can't control what he does when bullets start flying. All the practice reps and mechanical work in the world won't matter if the player reverts right back to his natural tendencies in the actual game. It's why you can't coach accuracy.

You can't teach accuracy. A NFL scout recently said that when giving his opinion on the Buffalo rookie QB. Basically saying he will not be an accurate passer even with NFL coaching.

Tebow was one of the most inaccurate QB's to ever lace them up. How many coaches did he burn through and how much money did he spend on his own to become more accurate? None of it worked. So to think little ole Jon Richt can fix Rosier's accuracy issues is a fail.

I'm no QB guru, but isn't it the job of the QBC to improve the QB's mechanics and not just leave it up to the player to fix it himself or figure it out on his own?

I'm no QB guru either, but Malware has to fix this himself. All the QBC can do is point out mechanical flaws, and maybe introduce drills to reinforce the correct movement pattern. And also I doubt this is a sudden revelation Malware and CJR discovered. Nothing new here.

The TD pass to Jet Thomas was perfect. Malware has the ability. He can't consistently get his body and mind right.

Spencer’s resume isn’t as good as Jorns, Spencer was never in Marks ball bag.

Some people take make believe as reality. Rosier does not throw 65% during warm ups. HTF can he ever get out of the 40's.

I think it is obvious that the coaches can only spend so much time with the players and Malik needs to do some work on his own to correct any issues

You can teach football footwork fundamentals all day but if they unravel in a game then that’s on the player period. Rosier is inaccurate because that’s what he is and the bad tendencies he has exude even more with his poor footwork
