Just finished watching Ohio State Indiana

Yea Becker has Juice, 6'4 and clocked 22.5 mph in game (atleast thats what broadcast I listened to said) plus they use him deep when taking shots. Good group of Wr.

Sarratt plays strong
If Bain and Mes are beelining to Mendoza he won’t have time to throw deep!!!

Osu wr room outside of jj is super overrated, especially tate. He’s not what people are saying he is, Becker on indiana is probably better right now
He showed me everything I needed to see when he alligator armed/quit on that ball as he knew Jakob’s was going to light
Him up

Sooooffftttttt

Who are we putting on Becker and Sarratt in the first half?

Becker is a killer in the vertical passing game. 6’4” and Mendoza throws it high to him where only he can get it. Mendoza has crazy good ball placement.
I can’t see them getting more than 1 MAYBE 2 deep shots on us. OSU got one with J Smith, we had a busted coverage vs A&M..did Ole **** have one? Honestly can’t remember. Our DL just doesn’t allow QBs the time to wait for deep shots to develop. IU WRs are not as dynamic as A&Ms after the catch and they aren’t JJ Smith and Carnell Tate either. We didn’t have too many issues with any of them outside of Smith, but who doesn’t have issues with him.

We weren’t missing Xavier Lucas though

and here i thought the op had seen something ... i know we canes fans and our performance this goes against 15+ years of football ... but we have a good defense, in terms of this football season, id say elite ... we've faced 3 explosive offensives with crazy position players and we've held each team under their average ...

what i thought you might point out is that iu is small in their front seven defensively ... what i thought you might say is they boatraced alot of teams, but have had a favorable draw ... they have some issues to overcome, namely our advantages in the trenches, along their defensive line they're only replyfor our size is execution, quickness, etc ... well that's all good in the first half, what happens in the second? i still don't know the answer for their offensive line, but the glaze is so thick on them right now, nobody seems to care, they're the 2019 lsu tigers ... pack that **** up ... i want them more than ohio state

Their LOS is tiny. Lean on them. Run the **** ball and stop their run game. Mendoza is very good, but if we make them 1 dimensional we have a great shot. I am a bit concerned of our secondary being so banged up, but as long as we play a cleaner game than we did vs Ole Miss I see this game at minimum being a close one that will be up for grabs in the 4th quarter.

If they're smart, they'd try some of the boundary/field stuff Ole Miss does. Load the boundary, throw a couple 50/50s into the field (to Becker). Released quickly, our pass rush can't get there.
