Just casually watching

If you want to say we don't have elite players, I'm 100% with you. Dudes around here say that sht about everybody and it's mostly BS. I'm just saying, this isn't uf or fsu we're talking about. We get the players they wish they could talk to.

They play with a chip on their shoulder, we play like we expect to win and just showed up to accept a trophy.

LOL YUP. THIS BOARD IS NUTS. MARYLAND HANGS 60 ON CUSE TODAY AND CIS WAS NOT IMPRESSED. WE HANG 25 ON UNC AND PEOPLE ARE THROWING A PARADE.

WTF do yall not understand about time of possesion? This is on the defense not ENOS, Not Jarren, Not Harris, Not Deejay, Not Mallory, NOT a soul on offense. If you want to blame an offensive player BLAME BUBBA freaking BAXXA!

They had a converted QB playing LB
Ok give it to Miami
But tell me this was Miami LB twice as good than UNC tonight?

My point is we can’t talk it
We got to walk it
Hold on DJ Williams is calling

Good posts on both accounts.

What we are witnessing is the stench of loserdom and pressure busting pipes.

It’s Emotional/psychological rot that comes from the top.

Manny is not ready right now.

When you are trying to revamp a fallen program like ours, you have to get everything right. Small chinks in the armor lead to big wounds in the flesh.

You first create a culture of accountability and hard work.

I think we are doing that. The next step is where so many coaches go wrong. You have to run the actual on field systems in a way that builds players confidence and DON’T F’UCK UP THE MOMENTUM WITH STUPID ****.

We are lamenting a loss to a much less talented team because Mack Brown is doing that.

We have outrecruited UNC by leaps and bounds. Couldn’t tell by the way it looked on the field. The players are hesitant and tight. They are trying not to make mistakes and thinking instead of cutting loose and playing ball. This is why our fast players look slow.

Our coaching strategies are off and there are concerns about the leadership of position coaches and coordinators.

Our schemes don’t fit our talent well on both sides of the ball and players aren’t executing, creating a psychological snowball effect.

We don’t have room for this type of error. We look way better in shotgun, but don’t run it enough. We blitzed on 4th and 17 and gave up the first. Hill was unblockable on pass downs at vt. Where is he now? Special teams a mess for three years in a row?

This can be fixed. The only question is will it be fixed? It’s still early. However the thing that causes doubt to creep in is that the issues that sunk previous regimes showed up early, too.

Let us pray.
For 15 years, we've been acting like there's huge pressure to get it right, and maybe we shoot ourselves in the foot because of that. But what if we'd slowed down and really tried to fix the whole thing 10 years ago?

Instead we're going to toss Manny our and pick up somebody else who won't succeed fast enough and we'll toss him too.

I thought that kid that tackled Jarren on that 4th down was their QB from last yr

It was. Apparently UNCs talent gap was insurmountable. They are on par with us according to buddy. No one gets this **** bruh. We are scrapping with teams just to compete when we should be housing them. We aren’t even talking about Clemson or Georgia or even ******* FSU. This is UNC!!

Sorry champ, it's on the whole team. Mostly the D gave up too much, but the O can't be great between the 20s then shut down. Even with a great kicker, that offense needs to be able to punch the ball in.

Here's my response, Dabo took 5 years and Clemson gave it to him. Unfortunately, Miami will never be back with pitch fork mob fans.

Manny can make it if he learns and stays proactive in fixing known issues.

What got the last four guys fired was stubbornness and harping on execution.

Yeah the noise after losses like tonight is loud, but Manny can buy himself time staying away from the smartest guy in the room routine.

He may be our Dabo or he may not, but his tenure will be real short if he isn’t flexible in his strategy.

And that's fair. I don't know if Manny can do it or not, but I know full well we aren't going to wait very long to find out. It goes both ways, we kept al longer than we should have, but we didn't fire butch as quick as we would now.

TIL 470 yards of offense is not good enough. The defense lost us the game, special teams helped and you guys are blaming the offense that put up 300 passing and 6.5 yards per carry. The “casual” Miami fan is the reason we get a bad rep.

A true freshman back up QB **** down the throat of Stanford under Harrell’s system and corch Helton at USC. Sure makes it easy to play defense when you score 38 points in 3 quarters. Cool that even a coach as bad as Helton can put his team in a great position to win and NOT have such a razor thin margin for error. What’s that like?

Look no further than tonight’s game. True freshman QB slices and dices us on a do or die drive.

At least we had a WWF spring opening practice where we tackled 7-6 dummies.

CLOWN SHOW

That's the truest thing I've read tonight.

If Manny can show that he's fixing sht, I think he'll get some time, but then again I'm pretty forgiving. At leas compared to the animals around here.

How are you coming up with this? If you wan't to go with how everybody played, yeah they were better at a bunch of positions. That doesn't mean they have more talent.

By that logic, UL-M is more talented than fsu. Yeah, they played better and deserved to win the game, but they aren't more talented. They just aren't, and neither is UNC.

They played better than we did, and that's what I've been saying, but they aren't better players. They don't have the physical gifts our players have. They aren't as fast or strong or big. What they are is more motivated and stronger willed.
It a team game my friend

It’s 11 vs 11 not
85 in cage match
1Coaching matter that a talent
2 Prepare matter that a talent
3 Luck matter you cost your our luck
4 Playing smart matter that a talent

Alabama vs UNC is too talented to lose vs UNC
100 out 100 Alabama win every time

Miami vs UNC 100 time
Maybe we win 60 out 100
But if you lose 1-4 in a single game you lose every time..

You can keep the mob at bay with progress even if there are embarrassing setbacks.

****, we were not even gonna fire Richt. He quit because Jr was on the chopping block.

When Dabo got embarrassed by wvu, the dc got canned. When we humiliated Kelly and the domers, people got canned and Kelly turned it around.

Coaches get themselves fired being stubborn and letting lingering issues boil over into uncontrollable meltdowns.

I know my comment's about our half *** fan base will be confirmed when we see 38,000 seats filled in a 60,000 seat stadium in our home opener vs. Bethune Cookman.
