Just a thought on TVD

The minute Mario got hired, he started recruiting and knew this would be the most important aspect of bringing back the program. He is 24/7 obsessed with bringing in top talent. Then the face of your program, TVD, goes public and disses the program, undermining all of Mario's efforts of selling hope to recruits.
My guess is, he either privately blasted TVD or did so in front of the whole team to make an example of him. Unfortunately, TVD couldn't handle being called out, exposing that he's mentally too weak to deal with the pressure and buckled.
Mario waited too long to bench him.

TVD looks like he has the yips or whatever that **** is called. He has lost it he missed some throws yesterday that looked like he bet on the game for middle Tennessee.

When did TVD diss the program?
 
Mario got sold by the hype of TVD and he was in too deep to back out of. Ruined everything and the program tbh--- tvd isnt good and not a leader of a championship team and never will be. Even if he has the best arm, the traits of a good qb and slim to none

I would think… just maybe, the offense, play calling and disconnect between the QB coach and the OC attributed to what we saw from him last year. While I wouldn’t relieve TVD of any blame, it was clear that the men who were paid handsomely to prepare this team and put them in the best situation possible to succeed did not do so. Failed them miserably. Straight Keystone Cops around there.

And all signs point to MC having fixed those issues.
