Where does everyone keep getting the 7-DB number from?

On several occasions, I've seen Frierson, Jobe, and someone else say that coaches are looking for 5.

Frierson, Ivey, Jobe are already in.

Gurvan Hall is more than likely in; so that's 4.

I'm guessing Al Blades has his spot if he wants it, just like Campbell.

There isn't space for anyone else -- at least at the moment
