While watching the game on Saturday I was saying to myself ( and anyone else who would listen, other than dogs) How the **** does OSU find itself with this kid as their 2 ?

Yeah it really is baffling... kid is from mission viejo in CA so had recognition coming out of HS but was a 3*, 586 overall player and 36th best QB. He is listed at 6'0 so likely a lil shorter than that and the scouting report on him was very accurate pocket passer and a good leader, high football IQ and a LAX background so can run a bit so I get the take, have a flyer and a smart QB that is accurate is never a bad thing but no way they were legit thinking of relying on him 7 games into his first year.

Correct, lol. I was pregaming, and didn't get a chance to watch much of the game, caught the tail end of the 4th. Didn't even know he was hurt.

They have half the season to go. If they do lose another one, they could get the FSU treatment when compared against the other 2 loss teams.........BUT I doubt it.

It’s a product of the portal/NIL era. Most team’s back-ups are pretty bad.

Word from buckeye fans he came from small school and had to adjust from speed of game, the other kid enrolled from mater dei? or some larger cali school and was quicker to adjust, so in camp he played better, they seem to not like qb corch also but that is the current tavien word
