In my opinion, aside from Keionte Scott's pick six, this was the most significant play of the game. After Mesidor suplexed Julian Sayin's head onto the turf, Sayin was skittish the rest of the game. His entire pocket presence changed after this specific play.
They kept showing him up close on the big screen at the stadium and his hands were noticeably shaking in the huddle and making checks at the line.
Kid was scared. Even early in the game
Mesidor slammed him into the ground, and within the rules. Our guys have not just learned to play violent, they have learned to play violent within the rules.Interesting.
The play I referenced above was at 10:50 in the second quarter. Even on TV you could tell he was jittery after that.
Yep. I sent a text to a friend at 7:02 and said “Sayin is shaking when they show him on the Jumbotron. Can you see that on TV?”Interesting.

Just for you - Sayin, Bain and Coach JT’s sister - all a dramatization of course.Yep. I sent a text to a friend at 7:02 and said “Sayin is shaking when they show him on the Jumbotron. Can you see that on TV?”
Might have been the exact same time. I’m not sure how much live game had passed in 30 min. He took a few good hits. Bain let him know about one of them laying on top of him. You can look at the kid and tell he’s not the type that’s built to take a beating. Probably the haircut giving it away.
