Completely agree. Great frame, high upside, but his footwork gets exposed against higher level pass rushers. With a coach like Mirabal after a RS year he can be something for us I believe.

From a racial perspective we get him IMO. Miami Cubans are a close knit community. The U brings in one of their own and they are not going to turn their backs on him. The Cuban community is dedicated to making him a success. Him and his dad aren't going to deny Mario and Miami.

I’m not qualified to evaluate him as an offensive lineman, but he stoned Shemar Stewart and MJJ this season, but had significant problems with Nyjalik Kelly. Another interesting observation is that STA plays other OL in front of him at times. I don’t know if he was dinged on those plays or if they felt other players were playing better than him.
