Senior Highlights

I don't know man, he looks like definite top 20-25 QB to me in that film…Definite winning p5 team caliber QB recruit. On schedule with a lot of tools to work with. I do think he is still putting just a little bit too much air under passes to the outside of the field, but there's a lot to like on that tape. Throws some bullets rolling out both ways

Big step forward from early tape.
 
Might be in the minority but… I feel like Dawson is undervalued as an evaluator. Nickel was a great eval, Judd actually looked good after he transferred. ****, even the young QBs we are recruiting. We were laughing at Tait Reynolds stats, but he’s camped and earned an offer at those big colleges. I feel like he’s gonna be a 4 star by the end of his senior year
 
Nickel did very well making the Elite 11 finals. Kid is an excellent QB and has tremendous upside. Still has his HS senior year in front of him. Can't wait for him to get on campus in January.

Look at TVD pre Mario and look at TVD under Mario.



I’m just stirring the pot. I don’t think Mario personally had much to do with TVD’s lack of development. Although he pretty much wasted an entire year for everyone with Gatass.

2 issues with Nickel...he doesn't throw well off platform. Has to have his feet set in the pocket. Also very limited athlete. You would think at 6'2 he would have more suddeness and escapability. Cfb de's and lbs will make him look like Tua getting chased down and sacked by dt's. In other words at the elite 11 he was probably the worst athlete there.

There are posters on this board who know a **** of a lot more about football than I do and have watched a **** of a lot more film than I have who seem to think Luke will be a good QB for the good guys, so I'm good with that.
