Typically states with bad schooling are loaded with juco and prep schools. Surprised someone hasn't built a prep school in Dade/Broward county, I'm sure it would be a pipeline all over America for So. Fla recruits.
Its all about state funding...the state won't help fund the community colleges...other states have but Florida won't. Could anybody imagine the squads Miami-Dade could've fielded in the past....
