JT4 Signed with FRM (SIAP)

Some The best receivers in the league nobody wants to touch cause of drama.
Only way he sees the field is as an UFA.

It must be hard to make a living on 3% of a practice squad contract.*

*NFL practice squad players make a minimum of $8,000 per week that they are on the practice squad. If a player remains on the practice squad for an entire regular season (at a minimum salary of $8,000 per week), he would earn a minimum of $136,000 over the full regular season if he keeps his spot on the practice squad. Therefore, the agent gets $4,080 minus taxes..............
I stand corrected. Still makes sense for FRM to sign JT4 though, though it's clearly a gamble given his history. I wish them the best.

Clearly they aren't regarded as a top agency this very moment, but please list the players they've convinced to turn pro who weren't going to be leaving early anyways. LULZ at those you who think Pete comes in these kids living room and sells them on the idea of leaving early.

Isn't their claim to fame Antonio Callaway, who is currently not on an NFL roster?

No, it's Tyron Smith, Chandler Jones, Darius Leonard, Brandon Brooks and Tytus Howard amongst a bunch of former UM players (Njoku, Grace, Gunter, Norton, Herndon, Thomas).

They call themselves First Round Management but have more UFC on their roster than anything.....and some good ones. It's just not the same kind of money for most fighters unless they are top level with endorsements.

4th -5th round maybe a UDFA, attitude will catch up to you as NFL does not want problems
T.Owens still had something in the tank and wanted to play, Manziel would die for a do over
A.Brown is in his prime and a stud, might not ever ball in NFL.
BTW why do the recent rash of Miami players turn pro early ???? never better than 3rd round picks out of league rather quickly
Garvin will be the next misplaced Cane in the draft as well

Leave it to Ariz and that **** organization to continue their streak of convincing UM players to leave early. Dude has no shame.

Will never get drafted. The Ariz character is a POS and all should stay away from along with the firm.

@TheCigar @Canesfan1899 They're making bank. Agents/managers make 5% - 10% of their clients' salary and endorsement contracts. For any service-based business to survive, it needs a healthy mix of big and small clients. Practice squad players make over $100k per season, so FRM is paying the lights with these small fish like Willis and JT4. Once in awhile they get lucky with a David Njoku or a Chris Herndon or a Jorge Masvidal. That's where they're making their bank. You still need those small fish though!

As far as them being a punchline, they're new to the game. Some growing pains are to be expected. With that said, they are laughing all the way to the bank, and for that, I salute them.

Good to see you back on the board, Pete. Why aren’t you rocking the plug 🔌
