JT4 Signed with FRM (SIAP)

Street agents, and pro agents killing this program when it's not bags for mama, bags for family or business decisions, or scumbags like puke talking **** about the program.

Another kid signing for a happy meal and box of chiclets, so sad.

Leave it to Ariz and that **** organization to continue their streak of convincing UM players to leave early. Dude has no shame.

Ariz and FRM are making bank 💰. I can't blame them for that. More power to them. These players are so dumb and desperate that they would probably sign up elsewhere anyways. Plus, who in their right mind would want to return to the Manny Diaz Chainwreck, especially for an offensive player?

Best of luck to JT4. Hope it all comes together for him at the next level. GO CANES!

How are you making bank if your players aren't getting drafted? They did a terrible job with G. Willis during the draft process and cost him millions and inturn costing themselves money.

You think they're making bank...hahaha...wait...hahaha. Appreciate the laugh.

FRM has one of the worst reps in the industry & they're a punchline.

Criticize the coach, convince players to leave, wash and repeat. Nothing like someone pretending love for the program.

I don't know that Pete or FRM convinced Thomas to declare early. Anyone have any evidence of dat? Players can decide to declare early on their own.

I was ****ed about the rumors I heard about what 7th Round Management's people told Norton and Mcintosh (only rumors, I have no first hand knowledge), but I don't feel that way with JT4. The narrative then was that they put a bunch of BS in those dlinemen's ears that they'd be 2-3 rounders and that greatly persuaded them to leave (persuaded Kendrick anyways). I don't think any such stories would have to be told to JT4, he was leaving no matter what.

So while I still think that agency is trash, this story doesn't bother me one bit. It is what it is.

@TheCigar @Canesfan1899 They're making bank. Agents/managers make 5% - 10% of their clients' salary and endorsement contracts. For any service-based business to survive, it needs a healthy mix of big and small clients. Practice squad players make over $100k per season, so FRM is paying the lights with these small fish like Willis and JT4. Once in awhile they get lucky with a David Njoku or a Chris Herndon or a Jorge Masvidal. That's where they're making their bank. You still need those small fish though!

As far as them being a punchline, they're new to the game. Some growing pains are to be expected. With that said, they are laughing all the way to the bank, and for that, I salute them.

to be fair, if you listened to Ivins recnet pod on 5 rings, JT was gone regardless.
☝🏼☝🏼☝🏼☝🏼There it is right there ☝🏼☝🏼☝🏼☝🏼

Can't blame FRM for that. Blame the player, blame the BOT, blame the inept coaching staff, but don't blame the agent for taking advantage of a business opportunity.

It must be hard to make a living on 3% of a practice squad contract.*

*NFL practice squad players make a minimum of $8,000 per week that they are on the practice squad. If a player remains on the practice squad for an entire regular season (at a minimum salary of $8,000 per week), he would earn a minimum of $136,000 over the full regular season if he keeps his spot on the practice squad. Therefore, the agent gets $4,080 minus taxes..............

Please do a little research before porsting. The NFL limits what agents may make from a player and the max is 3%. So, you can get the very best for that. Bottom feeders get 1-2%................

You would be incorrect. This clearly isn't your industry and you don't know anyone in the industry. Best of luck to you.

NFLPA caps agent fees at 3%, endorsements aren’t capped but usually in the 15-25% range. Agents can’t charge a fee on practice squad players either
