How does he know soo much more than others on program, I didnt hear anything about Arroyo all offseason, he stop by for couple days and he knows more than people who cover team daily?

This team has talent. There's enough talent there that a coaching staff worth their salt should FINALLY be expected to win AT LEAST 8 games. I think 9 is completely do-able and is my personal benchmark. I feel like I've typed that sentence 194 times over the last 20 years but this year I finally believe it.

The ability to surround yourself with good coaches, is an ability. Mario whiffed badly on his first OC hire and that's 100% on him. If these two characters work out (and I'm hopeful), this year should set the foundation for the next 10-15 years of this program's renaissance.

Feels like Miami always has the talent on paper to get some preseason hype. To get people talking about them and thinking there's a shot to make noise in the ACC but it just never translates to wins on the field. Outside of Clemson and some seasons FSU what other roster has more talent on paper in the ACC than Miami year in and year out?...7 guys on the PFF Preseason All ACC team. Way more than anyone else. One of these seasons you'd think somethings gotta give right?

Spot on. Getting to 9 wins and playing up to our talent level is what we’ve all been dreaming of for years. Doing that with a modern day exciting offense would be like throwing a lit match in a full gasoline tanker

All the ingredients are there

We just gotta do it

we have so much potential…look at all these guys that have talent but need to put it together..I’m talking about Don Chaney, Skinner, Jacolby George, Njalik, Wesley, even TVD..can we finally (after 20 years) be disciplined and put these kids in the best position to succeed

Totally agree

I also wanna know what Mario is gonna change to ensure we don’t burn timeouts to punt at the opponents 45 yard line

I feel like at least once a game in 2023 we had brain numbingly dumb situations like this

Every year there's an out-of-the-blue surprise in CFB that rises wayyyy above their station . There is simply ZERO reason that can't be us this year.

I think the Cajun duo will be one we appreciate for years too come. They both are really a perfect fit SCHEME AND PERSONALITY wise.
