Yes frost came in 2016, most of the team are redshirt Juniors or seniors. You are right though milton was not an O'leary guy

Honestly? All the HC names are good... Butch, Mario, Venables or Huepel. I am so much more concerned with staff hires.

Is their any other sound logic? I want to see what a coach does with his players 3-4 (depending on situations) years into their contract. That’s gonna tell me if he’s done a sound job. Look at this year as an example.
