Miami's support staff should not be changed much that is one thing that AL Golden should get A+ Credit for, he was an exceptional organization builder ; Golden's short comings were on Game Day.

Golden had plenty of other short comings. It was an A+ move getting Baez into the program. However, he didn't really utilize the potential he had with Baez as Baez amongst other South Florida coaches were probably high on some players that Golden was. He probably overruled them on a lot of players due to his obsession with size.
