Jordan Scarlett's top 3

I would love to have both those kids. But I do think Scarlett lost something a little last season versus his Sophomore season. I don't know if he peaked too early, or was injured or what. And we just don't need the circus surrounding him and Gibson. Gibson wants to play QB, so he'll go to a spread program. If he were open to playing WR, different story.

Jordan Scarlett + Torrance Gibson= the two most overrated players in south florida. I think all this jordan scarlett hype came from his sophmore year, because he was so well put together in terms of his physique at such a young age.

I would remove Gibsons name and insert Clarington.

I actually like Scarlett quite a bit and believe he has as high a ceiling as anyone other than Williams among the Big 4 in-state RBs.

But I'm going to be perfectly happy if we're able to hang onto Williams as our top RB this cycle. Potentially adding Cronkrite as well would be huge.

csb Gibson is not a bad QB per se, it's that he's got freakish athleticism and should probably focus on WR, which would be a more sure route to a nice NFL pay check. Frankly, I'd offer him and take him as a QB and give him a legit chance to succeed because you can never have too many next level athletes among your skill position players. Guessing that's our staff's logic as well.

Whoa whoa gibson is not overrated, he is just not a good QB, he should be a WR, he is not overrated at all

I wonder if he would still want to flip to FSU after Patrick commits there

Isn't FSU in pretty good shape with Johnny Frasier out of NC as well? Not sure where Scarlett sits on their board, but if those two jump in first, have to wonder where he'll start looking (assuming of course he doesn't stick with FAU).

FSU may lead for both of them. I doubt they take 3 RBs this cycle...

This dude is a clown, and i DNW.

Dex, and Patrick would be the perfect set of backs to get into the program.

How is this kid a "clown" exactly? You mean to tell me a kid who has trained his *** off to be in the position he is, is a clown? What do you call kids who smoke weed everyday, don't train, play video games all day after school, etc....?

I seen somewhere that scarlett is not a high priority for fsu right now until he actually visits them and they have patrick #1 and are recruiting other backs. Espn now has him as the #16 rb that guy stock is falling fast.

JS is severely overrated... We have at least 3-4 guys higher on our list. Dexter is an elite talent! Probably the top back in FLA. We get Cronk and we are solid!

Scarlett as of last month was 3-4 on their board behind Patrick, Frasier and Kerryon Johnson as per one of their coaches. His stock is falling but he was a little overrated in the beginning but I dont take anything ESPN ranks because I was told from 2 of their scouts their process on rankings and its a joke. Besides watching film they take the numbers into account and since Scarlett had a down year compared to his sophomore year of course his rankings were going to fall regardless that Uschool played a tougher schedule than last season.

I personallysonally think he reached his potential....plus this year will say a lot when he goes up against better talent in So Fla.
