Nobody said “it wouldn’t happen”. Dolemite said it wouldn’t happen as a favor, and that if the evidence (or lack thereof) supported a drop of the felony, it would happen.

Correct. This was my stance from the beginning. Broward doesn't reduce just to do it. They do it when they Have a legal reason to do it. Whether that's a lack of evidence or just a better idea of what really happened.
