Justice is served! (He got lucky he didn’t hurt anyone. Slow the **** down!)
Really good news on a misdemeanor reckless driving that's no big deal@dolemite79 how we looking?
Happy this didn’t ruin his or someone else’s life. Can we please tighten this **** up. My guess is Lyle back by Wake
Would be shocked if he’s not playing in the next couple weeks, at worst.
Soon as I saw he paid the broward attorney extortion fee, I knew we were gucciReally good news on a misdemeanor reckless driving that's no big deal

You knew exactly what you were talking about, nothing else even mattered. Hopefully the end of him being a knucklehead and he realizes what opportunity he is jeopardizing. When people listen to me, good things happen.
A few 100yd gassers for TDs will do the trickTime for a breakout game vs Famu to get him on track
**** was coming here to say this lmaoCan he play CB?
Until I see the closeout memo all I can tell you is that there must have been a legal reason for this to happen. There had to be a proof/evidentiary issue. They didn't do it just to do it. I'll Bet any sum of money on that. But hiring a broward attorney who knows the landscape was the right move and poof.@dolemite79 has some explaining to do.
Unfortunately I can confirm it. The case has been unsealed and now is on the Clerk of Courts website where it is public record. He's charged with agg Fleeing and eluding which is a second degree felony. It doesnt carry mandatory jail time but it does carry a mandatory conviction if he pleads to it. Meaning even if he has no prior history, it is mandatory for the Judge to make him a convicted felon.
The reason no one could find him in the jail is that the incident happened a few weeks ago and the cops broke off pursuit. They took what details they had and submitted it to the duty judge...
As someone who exclusively practices criminal law, is a former broward prosecutor and whose practice is mostly based in broward, you are mistaken. Broward isn't Miami, they don't reduce charges for the sake of it. They need supervisor approval to make it Happen and won't do it with a legal reason, ie the evidence is weak etc. It absolutely could happen but it's not a given unless the states case is very weakas a corporate/M&A attorney, i can say with high confidence that this charge is likely to get negotiated down to a misdemeanor. That's what Mike (breaking bad) is for.

You're playing the results. Reducing charges happens when there's a reason to do so in broward. They didn't look at it and go "oh hey, Jordan Lyle is a cane let's toss Um a favor." they looked at it and said "can we prove fleeing and eluding?" if they couldn't it was reduced. In fact I know that because I've already texted with his attorney...
That is a little extreme, kinda inhuman torture for speeding.Rumor has it, his punishment will be to answer 100 straight Susan Miller Degnan questions over next 2 weeks. Back for CMU
