They need to keep doing that IMO. Bandy's best position is playing the slot so why not take advantage. For the most part its all coming in the middle of the defense. I think that's why in the 2nd half vs cmu they took out the striker in certain situations and kicked bandy inside.
I already knew what was going on but its still a problem. The coaches were that scared of franks and howell running the ball?
They did a good job vs him last year. He had like 60 yards but had 20+ carries i think. They were scared of Franks and Howell running, imagine what we will look like against the UVA QB. We might see the whole **** DL spying him.
I been calling for it since the uf game. Finley has beem solid in coverage for the most part but he can't consistently cover quick slot wrs 1on1.They need to keep doing that IMO. Bandy's best position is playing the slot so why not take advantage.
Every player on the DL lacks moves and hand placement/ technique looks horrible. As bad as kool was.. he had our guys play with very good technique
In fairness, Simpson bounced 2 weeks before spring practice to go to the Falcons. Manny really had no choice but to promote Stroud. What do you expect from the defensive line? Stroud is a RETREAD assistant, who happen to play at " FSU. " You don't think he's getting some personal PAYBACK at Miami! Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's an odd unfounded conspiracy theory and what not. Which I invented. So what!
Yes, he's Matt Karlaftis son, but he's not a typical Miami legacy.Isn’t that the true freshman, Miami Legacy, for Purdue with 20? And didn’t he get slow-played? (I remember an engineering major was super important, but he also didn’t seem like a priority)
He’s a future top 5 pick, I’ve watched a few of their games this year and he’s already dominantYes, he's Matt Karlaftis son, but he's not a typical Miami legacy.
Matt got his PH.D. in Civil engineering at Purdue & then went back to Greece in 98/99, George grew up in Greece until he was in the 8th grade then moved to Indiana. He didn't really have any connection to Miami & always wanted to play at Purdue.
People just kind of assumed he would come to Miami because Matt once played here, but their roots are way more closely tied to Purdue than they are to Miami.
