IMO his treatment and release is an example of how the justice system works differently for people with money, especially white people with money. Rich parents got him in a psychiatric prison and ultimately released. He has been out for some time because parents money paid for continued high-powered representation and lobbying for his release. I believe current order is just lifting of all restrictions. Guy almost killed a president and destroyed James Brady's life. He had much greater capacity than others who have been executed for their crimes. JMO.
