Harbaugh is an Andy Reid disciple.
A former special teams coach, too. I like him better than Jim.
 
Even if he gets fired, even if he's interested in going down to the college game (even more doubtful) and EVEN IF Richt did us the favor of all favors and resigned.....I have ZERO faith our administration is physically capable of making such a hire.
 
Both Harbaughs would coach a UM team, fuq it im all in for Harbaugh! Just bring Yost with ya

If we are going to get back to the top, we need to hire the top guy. Saban has nothing left to prove at Alabama, so we should make a run at him. Restoring Miami to the top of CFB on top of what he’s done at Alabama and LSU would be a real feather in his cap.

I agree. No such thing as a long term Miami coach. We can't tolerate someone like Bowden who wins two in 30 years. We need guys who want to use us to get to NFL. Four or five years get a title and go. Urban would work even though he is never getting a NFL gig, because he is only good for four or five at each stop. Our administration is lazy and doesn't want to search that often and too stupid to realize they have to anyway.
 
Intriguing. I looooove the idea of reaching into the nfl for a coach...’bout time we cash in on that whole NFLU thing!!
 
If he wants "a break" let him come and coach special teams. Since he's pulling a check already form the Ravens we can get him for reduced price. Lets make this happen. Tell him to Make Miami Great Again
 
He's a great coach who will do a great job anywhere he goes.

Maybe he will follow his brother in the college ranks? Who knows? Wishful Thinking?

I like this more than names like Babers, Kiffin, Leach.

This guy is a tough as nails real Football Coach who's smart enough to adapt to the college game and who automatically commands respect.
 
While you're at it might as well call Bill Belichek, and maybe Tom Brady has some eligibility left ?
