I know nobody wants to hear this, BUT we should've went after him. Just imagine this team with an actual QB. I know everybody is complaining about the play calling but you cant get mad when he's calling a play and the QB is just not hitting the open WR.

In Richt's offense doubtful. Odds are we probably play musical chairs with him and Rosier all year instead of Perry.

If the O-line were even serviceable I might agree. The other option is we count on our 4 mill/year corch to develop one of the 4 we have on the roster. (2 highly regarded by the recruiting services) All of the issues point back to one root cause.

but is he better than what we have? that's the question

Tua wouldn't have done much better with that game plan on Saturday night. Grasping at straws and blaming aliens when it's really just the northern lights. It's far past time we stopped blaming the QB's for the failing of this offense. There is one variable that hasn't changed, CMR.

Joe is not good. He'll look even worse in this offense. No one can look good in this archaic offense.

the play calling sucks because its not being executed. Go back look on film, the WR's are open the QB aint getting the ball there. Yes sometimes I don't totally agree with what MR calls like the two Fullback dives back to back everyone knew that was coming but most of his calls the play is open the offense isn't executing the play.

This is a very myopic post. He's doing his job with lots of help coming from those around him. He has a solid Oline, good RB's, and isn't asked to do much but work within the system. LSU as a team was underrated, they've proven that so far, but lets not jump the gun on Burrows. Joe Burrows is an average quarterback.

You having a nice Monday, Mark?

Orgeron threw the LSU "3 yards and a cloud of dust" offense into the garbage and brought in a new OC who runs a spread. LSU has good athletes. Combine the spread offense with good athletes and you make it easy for a QB to look good. Eddy O is coaching circles around Richt.

If the QB's aren't very good then that's on the QB coach and the guy calling plays. Script the game that fits what you have not what you want.

The offense CANT execute what he calls, which is why he sucks. He needs to be doing things his guys CAN execute.

so what do you think he can call, to make this offense get going ? I honestly wish we would go to a pro style offense

Combine the most incompetent QB coach combined with a very incompetent OL coach and play caller I seriously doubt any QB would look good .

Tua would've transferred already.
