I saw a ND player grab JoJo’s face mask with two hands right in front of the refs but there was no flag.
If that was George last year, he would have retaliated and got a flag. I think this team gets it.I saw a ND player grab JoJo’s face mask with two hands right in front of the refs but there was no flag.
Yup we start at the 30 and they at minimum have to sustain a longer driveThe Blay penalty was turning point in game, backed us up.. Drive 3 and out, gave ball back and they scored with field flipped
Yeah, you expect that s**t in S.Bend, but not in our House. Be neutral at best. Those guys were fumble-f**king around all night. Embarrassing. Some bad calls for sure !
Right, inconsistent. Two plays compared side by side. The TD catch by CJ( ESPN worthy) ref took excruciating time to decide if it was a TD, it was, clearly. Then the catch by ND receiver inside our 20, that the refs had to be prompted to review. And on review, when the receiver came down with the ball, it clearly moved as he hit the ground. Yep, 10 seconds. Review. Good catch. JJ is right about the refs and ND.My problem was the inconsistency in what they were calling. Called PF on I think Moten on the punt, next play Brown is lifted up and slammed OB in front of 2 officials. Poyser was called for PI which was limited and minimal contact but the no call on Toney when the ball was in the air with the same amount of contact. Either throw the flag for both or let both go. Inconsistency in penalties is what makes things look rigged.
The Dylan day penalty was hilarious with his helmet coming off…
The ND LB picking up and spearing our player into the ground was another wtf moment
The ticky tack blay call on the punt return that backed us up was hilarious that not even the broadcasting ref could try and save…
Oh yeah and seeing Toney get man handled the entire second half with no call was brutal…
But hey they never missed a call on us and then some to help get them back into a comeback territory
those mer's were looking for any excuse to drop a flag against even to the point of imaginary fouls, to help ND. whiny b*t*h Freeman in their ear all night. In the end, Canes overcame ND and the Refs.Never understood the Dylan penalty... not like he pulled his helmet off and threw it in the scrum
F I F YFreeman is a whiner; constantly in ref’s ear. The Umpire of the crew was the absolute worst. “After discussion, there is no holding call”....HUH? When Canes came out after the half and immediately scored, the flags then started flying. It looked like refs were SUCCEEDING IN KEEPING ND in the game.![]()
I saw that as well.Literally saw a ND defender body slam a UM player out of bounds and nothing.
This is where a hands on AD should be talking to the ACC, not the HC.That crew was one of the most obvious crews I’ve seen in a loooooong time that was trying to control the game for one team.It will be interesting to see what type of things Mario sends into the ACC to complain about some of the stuff they did not that it will do any good..
The whole bunch of them looked to be in cahoots with the ACC to make sure there was no way we could win after Clumpson went down this being a conference game for us. When the score got to 21-7 and we looked like we were about to turn this into a rout all of a sudden EVERYTHING with the officiating changed. It was like they got a phone call during one of the TO’s letting them know that it was time to get Notre Dump back in the game cause man it definitely changed at this point.
This whole crew ought to be suspended for at least a few games but being as they were probably under a directive from the ACC offices you can expect to see them again when we make the ACCGC ..
