w atm bags, norvell wouldn't have to worry about recruiting. hes an x and o guy which is what they really need. there are better options out there but on paper, a coach who led Memphis to a 10 win season and a 12 win season in 4 years and now b2b 10 win years at FSU (2. out of 4 seasons) in his only two HC gigs would put him as a high end candidate for any gig.
