They must have used the kind of ink that takes a loooooooong time to dry.

Was looking forward to the blow up dolls and the wifely, Candeee, Candeee, Candeee chants next season. The real reason he is leaving Free Shoes U.

**** brace yourselves for taggart or kiffin. Who else? Not many ou there.

What makes Taggart so good?

His record is 47-50 as a Head Coach. Even at USF he went 24-25 while he was there. Please f$u hire him.

Took programs that were terrible and turned them around is why he's good. You're looking at the overall record which is fair, but doesn't tell the full story.

At Western Kentucky...
2 Years Before Taggart : 2-10
Before Taggart: 0-12
Year 1(His first as a head coach): 2-10
Year 2/3: 7-5 both years
1 Year After Taggart: They went 8-4 the year after he left so that proves it was coaching plus he built a good nucleus of players

At USF...
2 Years before Taggart: 5-7
Year before Taggart: 3-8 (so they were on a decline)
Taggart Year 1: 2-10
Taggart Year 2: 4-8
Year 3: 8-5
Year 4: 11-2
Year After Taggart: 9-3, again, built up the program.

Another thing with him is that he wasn't afraid to replace assistants that failed to do their job. He's also from Florida so it's a decent recruiting fit

Butch and kiffin turned fiu and fau around in year 1. Frost turned ucf around year 2. He better stay his *** at oregon. He isnt going to get 3-4 years to get going at fsu.

If true, talk about a COWARD. Dude saw the first REAL Miami team hes ever encountered and wanted no part of it.

All due respect, this has zero to do with Miami being on the rise and everything to do with the stench in Tallahassee.

Florida State has been dealing with noise since Jarapist, academic fraud, New York Times exposes and other like articles.

Facilities are taking a hit—and their fan base has gotten Gatoresque; the same stuff that drove Urban out in Gainesville—delivering a title and those trash bag fans expecting that as the norm, while revolting when it's not. The fans have turned on him and he knows it. It's about them, not the Canes getting better.

Toss in Jimbo's divorce and the guy wants a fresh start. aTm talking about $7.5M annually and he'll get a good 2-3 years there before he'll feel any heat.

His time with the Noles has simply run its course. If he was going to leave Florida State over a rival, it's going to be defending national champion Clemson, who challenges them for the Atlantic every year—not Miami. Please. A little logic here.

So you are telling me he hasn't won ****?

He has never won a bowl game. He won at USF when they went to the AAC. A dumbass can do that. He has as many losses as Richt does in half the time. I pray he goes to f$u.

Just saw this on ESPN

"The Seminoles, sources said, would like to target a minority coach, if possible. Oregon's Willie Taggert, former Texas A&M coach Kevin Sumlin, USF's Charlie Strong are options who might be considered."
Texas A&M Aggies to make decision on coach 'very shortly'

What?!?!

They are gonna straight-up swap Jimbo for Sumlin?

That would be hilarious.

for as much as I hate FSU it doesn't make sense to be a coward for loosing to us this year to go and face LSU and Bama year in and year out. it takes balls

Clearly you are not familiar with FSUs entire history with Miami when we re good. Painful it is.
