Love how if he sucks...coaches didn't develop. If he is good, it is just natural talent. Unproductive is just the scheme's fault.

Can we all agree that some players just aren't good and would not be good under any scheme or coaching staff? I can understand the argument if a player sniffs the field but in year 3, if Hamilton is red shirting on this defense, kid is MOST LIKELY not good, period.

Earl Moore is not going to be super dynamic as a DT. But He should have been developing as a Curtis Porter kinda DT. Strong and run stuffing. But he did get thrusted into action when he first came. All linemen need time to develop physically. He never had time. Hopefully he can build strength and be come a decent rotational player in 15.

we have 16 players red shirting this year. Why do you guys expect these guys to be studs by there sophomore years?

I have faith in Jelani Hamilton.....i think he can provide quality snaps next year. We need someone to fill in behind Chad and eat some of Olsen Pierre's minutes next year.

Remember who told you i believe he is a solid player.

dude is in the wrong scheme plus he was overrated like **** coming from that STA squad that had Bosa the beast on it...

To be quite honest I saw JAG on tape.

That said, he's a prototypical 3-4 DE from a size standpoint and redshirting him and allowing him to lift and get bigger is the best thing for him.

Can you believe we have no defensive players contributing who have redshirted on defense? Dallas Crawford redshirted on offense.

To get back to being a defensive presence, we need to allow kids to develop their bodies and get bigger and stronger through redshirting.

LOFAO!!!!! That's just wrong!

I don't get it. Why give him a fifth year? Unless he already decided to transfer.

Why wouldn't you? Next year he will be a redshirt junior.

Waste of a scholarship.

If he can't contribute, if he can't provide anything of use and is just wasting space....get someone else to fill the ship.

Considering we have tremendous issues at DT, wouldn't it be smarter to use the ship on someone else?

In general, after 3 years in the program (barring some crazy situation) you should know whether a player is capable of contributing.
