Jedd Fisch

I don't see Manny as the type to allow anyone to force him to hire someone who isn't his guy. He seems open minded enough to be open to suggestions, but at the end of the day it's going to be be his call who gets the offer. We could do better than Fisch, but we could also do much worse.

He’s the best OC UM has had since Chud. That being said, he’s a UF graduate who trash talks UM and will bolt after one successful year.

Let's just take a staff full of coaches that other programs don't seem to want. Brilliant.

Plenty of programs would want him as their oc, his name was actually mentioned in multiple HC openings. I know it’s fun to complain about things but come on...

Here’s why he might come back.
He left too soon to go to the NFL. He does hope to one day be a HC, but he needed more time before taking such a big jump. Now he’s middling in position coach/co roles. This would give him the chance to come back, do it right, be patient for the right opportunity and then go. He did a lot of damage to his image in Jacksonville and he’s struggled to get a good opportunity since.

I agree his qb choices sucked. But he did do wonders with the QBs we had. Ideally we bring in a couple ace recruiters as offensive position coaches. I wouldn’t be ****ed with Jedd coming back.

Name one that offered & he turned down.

Heck bring Al Golden. He's more qualified.

He got fired from UCLA, got a QB coach job at Michigan and now is not even a staffer on NFL team. Nearly Jon Richts postion at Bills.

He was not “fired” at UCLA his HC was fired and then they hired Chip Kelly who obviously runs his own offense.
