Amazing what happens when young talent is put in position to succeed, and you build a culture of accountability and grind. Mario has a ton of shortcomings, but I will say this: The dude knows what it takes to win, he understands and embraces hard work, something Miami hasn't had on a regular basis since Butch left(Richt was moving towards the end of his career and it is now obvious that his energy started to wane once his Parkinson's started to manifest)
