Need that Marcus Banks energy
Dammit manAll I know is earlier in the week people around Miami felt like they had a good chance. They have a relationship with the kid and it looks like his position coach will be on staff.
We all know things can change late especially with a school like Auburn, I’m just passing on what I heard the last week. The guys from the past I’ve been very confident on was because I got info from both sides, this is only from one side.
You even get inside info from other schools? Who the **** are you?? Small business owner by day, college football super insider by night....All I know is earlier in the week people around Miami felt like they had a good chance. Auburn is not a terrible choice. It's an hour and half from his home...Auburn is extremely confident.
Great place, great school.Auburn is not a terrible choice. It's an hour and half from his home...
He entered the portal after the dead period started. He hasn't visited anywhere. He'll be one of many players in the next couple weeks who pick a place they never visited. Spencer Rattler picked South Carolina without visiting. Not the same reliable rule like it is with high school kids.He didn’t visit. /closethread

Was Cody Brown a blueshirt?Blue shirting is becoming a more popular (but hardly common) way to creatively manage the number of athletic scholarships. Blue shirt rules allow for unrecruited players to be awarded a scholarship at the start of freshman practice. This allows a team that may have too many commits to essentially borrow against their next year’s scholarship total. The rules are rather strict in regard to what is defined as being “unrecruited.” That means there was no official visit taken by the athlete, the coach didn’t visit the athlete at home, there was no National Letter of Intent signed, and no form of athletic aid.
Alabama is home, so not quite a level playing fieldHe's probably another good early test on the draw of Super Mario.
Neither Miami or Auburn* will be a contender next season, so does his previous relationship with our Hurricanes HC be enough forhim to put on the Orange and Green?
*His other consideration right?
Auburn has only been relevant for one brief period in the last 30 years when they brought in a generational talent at QB. Compare that to five MNC (really 6) at Miami over the last 40 years. Miami is DL U.Auburn is not a terrible choice. It's an hour and half from his home...
Auburn is an incredibly mediocre school academically (just eeks into the Top 100 schools according to US News). Miami is far more prestigious academically with a ranking around #50 according to US News (with some programs that are ranked in the top 3 nationally). Auburn is a cow patch. If it were me, Miami (with Mario) blows away lowly Auburn.Great place, great school.
With that said, fűck'em, Go Canes!
