Good guy. I hope he takes his 100ish million of lifetime earnings and buys something nice. Jerry Jones has never shown patience or the ability to keep his mouth shut. For Garrett he displayed both and failed miserably as a result. Sad when people get soft. Shame on him.

LMBO!!! It's not the greatest hire but it's definitely not as bad as hiring Diaz! The NFL is big on recycling corches, even ones without the one ring that McCarthy has.
A Diaz hiring is literally the worst kind of hiring ever, of a head corch with zero head corching experience, and who has managed to fail up all throughout his entire career, and who was hired almost as quickly as ordering a pizza on your phone. That is literally the worst!!

Had the best QB in the biz.....then the following year had a 15-1 record and lost to a wildcard Giants squad. Dallas fans will hate him and he wasn't even there A choice. Too much pressure it's not green Bay this is Dallas the biggest team in football and an iconic franchise.

I think he's better to adjust the culture and shape them up. It's interesting cause it can be great or it can be bad. To me it's a toss up.
