Tennessee has been primed to land players like Miles Brownand Jarrell Chandler this spring but others are making it hard. In a day where budgeting your roster gets harder with each passing year, the fact that others have rev share money certainly levels the playing field. Miami is making a late push to get Chandler and Kentucky and Louisville are making a big push for Brown.
