This 1 would sting. Really want us to get back to having some serious speed at LB. Seems like that’s what the staff is looking for. If he picks Clemson, let’s see if he has a change of heart after we kick their ***. I fully expect momentum to pickup with the season we’re going to have. Frustrating now, but having (3) 5 stars already locked up is a **** good start. We will 100% get ours.

Its about getting the right ones. As long as evals stay on point I trust the staff until I see firm evidence to the contrary.

As far as the "tall rangy" type backers we are recruiting

1. Randle
2. Chandler
3. Proctor

And the gap between Randle and Chandler is bigger than between Chandler and Proctor imo. The Kentucky kid Hollman (sp?) fits this mold as well, but I don't know how serious we are there.

I don't mind any of those 3 players, but Randle is the clear #1 imo. Let's hope those crystal balls hold true.

As long as we get Randle Im good but I did really like Chandler, more than you did it appears.
 
Cristobal’s impatience with the younger linebackers has me believing that we need to bring in thoroughbred guys. With Chandler out of the picture, I hope that can be Randle and Glover.

Still, I do believe we need three linebackers this class, not 2. So we’ll see how the staff moves if we can lockup Randle. Mayfield and Drew Williams are the two other LBs with OVs lined up.

Drew Williams said Hetherman had some ties to Georgia so let’s see if he can make that happen…..Williams has blown up since we offered him. Mayfield is a battle w/ IU, UK, UGA and Oregon.


If we only take two, we really need Busch to be a home run hit.
 
I dont get kids still going to clemson but he seems like a good kid. I think he wants to play safety not l
