These kids fall for these **** lies every year. Edwards got butt-hurt over Banda's safety comment (which is probably true, the kid would probably make a better safety, we just don't want to hear it because of CB depth) but then he eats the DBU bullchit up like candy.
 
Stop it! He's not coming here and it's only Alabama that doesn't have room for him. He's waiting on Alabama to let him know. Otherwise, he's going to one of the other finalists.
 
Alabama probably gonna ask some kid to greyshirt to get this kid in. I'd love to get him but unless he delays it a week and takes a visit we not getting him.

Parks knew yesterday Bama most likely wouldn't have room for him today. I am wondering if Florida also told him No today?

...SEC Country was told by a source close to the team that Alabama would need to miss on Mathis and 5-star defensive tackle Aubrey Solomon in order to take Parks. Recruiting changes very fast in the days leading up to signing day, so this could possibly change, but this is the plan as of now..

Four-star defensive end Jarez Parks (Sebastian River, Fla.) was slated to publicly announce for Alabama at his high school this morning.

Parks said he was 'too emotional' to announce.

Word has been circulating for a while that he may not be a take for the Crimson Tide.

In the meantime, per multiple sources, Auburn, Baylor, Miami and Georgia have been reaching out to Parks' camp showing interest in the U.S. Army All-American.

The four-star recruit is ranked as the nation's No. 7 weakside defensive and the No. 17 prospect in Florida in the 2017 class by 247SportsComposite.

The Crystal Ball reads 78-percent for Alabama, 17-percent for Florida and four-percent foggy.
