I can only add this, JJ has something that is not easy to find but that we can all control within ourselves.

It’s called attitude.

With a positive outlook you can accomplish almost anything. Your attitude controls everything else you do, your effort, how much work you put in, how you make yourself feel, how you make those around you feel.

Attitude is my number one criteria in hiring, even before I get to ability or aptitude.

He will be successful in whatever he does after football, as long as he stays with the way he has been and just continues to try to improve, which his attitude dictates he will
