Jaquan hits like ST

Love Jaquan, great player, great leader & great Cane.

He doesn't do ANYTHING like Sean, not one thing.

Sean Taylor is God's greatest creation of a Football player ever, they literal perfect design in terms of pure talent.

Stop comparing players to him, there's only one & there will ever only be one.

Don't get me wrong, I like JJ but you need to really relax with any comparisons between him and ST especially when it comes to hitting. ST hit like a Mack truck against big NFL receivers and running backs.

Dude- players can model their styles after other players. In no way do I think he is ST but his hitting style - he hits up top is similar. I too love the great ST but can enjoy another player’s hits

1 big hit makes him Sean Taylor? Yea ok get the **** out of here. There will never be another safety on Miami like Sean Taylor.

Never saw a safety dominate a game like Sean Taylor did at Doak back in 2003. He was incredible.

I'm glad Sean Taylor played in the era he did. He wasn't made for this watered down game today with B.S. targeting and defenseless player personal fouls. He played in the right era for his vicious game.

The most vicious hitter I’ve ever seen and I’ve been watching college games since the early 80’s. Plus what he did in the limited time in the NFL was breathtaking to watch. Like Liberty said, ain’t no one ST, nor hits like he did. JJ is a **** fine safety and will surprise in the league, but he’s no ST. Not even close.

Jaquan does go hard after the ball though, knows how to put his hat on it and does hit high to jam it out like OP said. Happy to watch him play. Has been fun to watch these last two years. Cleans up a lot as well.

Lol at this OP.

No need to even compare the two. ST is like the LBJ of football, once in a lifetime. Til this day, teams are still trying to find the next ST. The problem is, there won’t be another.

ST had the privilege of learning behind probably the most cerebral Safety to play the game in Ed Reed. So u’re now talking about a guy in a LB’s body, with RB speed, WR hands, hits like a DT, and has an IQ of E Reed. That’s why there will never be another ST.

Jaquan instills confidence back there. ST instills fear.

If you’ve ever played a down, it’s a different world.
