Who have we ‘struck out on’ besides Sorsby?

I know we had interest in Simpson but he never jumped in. We would’ve had interest in Williams but that didn’t work.

Hoover and Mestemaker had no real interest. Bailey never entered and like you said Sorsby didn’t seem interested either.

If anything he’s more likely to stay in the draft after last night’s game. With that implosion from Moore hard to see him declaring so that puts Simpson as qb2 in the draft.

Uh the post I replied to said something about us not being interested in Leavitt. My point was we don't have much choice but to recruit Leavitt.

The other options are pray Moore stays at Oregon(maybe more likely after last night) and we can land Raiola.

Or pray Simpson returns(though if Moore stays I’d say that’s even less likely) and then decides hed rather be here than Bama or home state Tennessee.

Or that some other mystery guy enters who hasn’t signed a deal already ala Williams.

The Leavitt alternatives aren’t great. Fortunately I feel pretty good about our situation with Leavitt, just hope he works out
