And I was talking about Carp. I couldn’t remember his name, he was one of the few players from Cincinnati that I ever recall being with the program. He was solid as **** here.

Nah, Dayton is all OSU. Wayne doesn’t produce a lot of high end kids, but when they do they pretty all go to State. Cincy is different, a lot 513 boys go to ND of Michigan. I believe we had Shane Curry from Nati back in the day. He and our center that transferred in from Michigan 2 years ago are the only SW Ohio players that I can think of.

2027 5-star WR Jamier Brown​

This commitment to Ohio State once looked rock-solid, but schools aren’t backing off Jamier Brown — and he’s listening. He had a strong return visit to Columbus earlier this month and spent extended time with Coach Hankton, but the door is open wider than it was.

Miami is a school to keep a close eye on. Brown is in steady contact with Kevin Beard, and the Hurricanes are expected to get him on campus in the coming months. Oregon is another contender, with the Ducks staying consistent in their communication and making their case.

Brian Hartline’s move to USF has created an opening, and Brown’s recruitment now feels more fluid than it has in a long time. This one will be worth monitoring through the spring.
