How about when the kid actually commits. Or the other 3 targets commit. Didn’t realize it was that unfathomable to judge something after its completed
 
I don’t want to hear about they have more money cope. We beat them with $$$ for Cantwell. So that cope gets thrown out the window. I’m pretty sure all money from elites is similar, so it’s about relationships here. Or he never was a cane so it doesn’t hurt us bs cope as well. Or we don’t lose him.

Bro Georgia has 25 DTs on their roster they not paying James Johnson a crazy amount to sit bench. Meanwhile he'll play day 1 at the U so you know Mario not getting outbid here at all

The CB for UGA is obviously a bad sign. It's also not the end of the world because it's not over, and this is what happened with Cantwell. And Honestly Wiltfongs CBs that aren't within like 24-48hrs feel like they've been lower hit rate for any guys we're involved with (those are the prediction I pay attention to)

If we don't get James Johnson, that would be REALLY bad, period. Honestly I think he is/should be the #1 on our entire board for all of Florida recruits this year. I don't even think it's particularly close tbh. Like I'd take him over Russell 100/100 times this class. The thing is unless you think Perry-Wright and like Nolan Wilson end up being DTs and we get both or at least one of them AND Lamar Brown, then this WOULD BE a major L, period. But that's basically the only way not landing James Johnson wouldn't be as big of a deal. Cause the fact is DT is probably the most important position to have a really good Class this year aside from Oline. I'd say Safety too, and that's not looking so hot currently.

But lot of time left and can't imagine we aren't the top NIL offer which can only help.

We not losing a DT that's top of the board priority for us, to a team where he'll be DT #8 or 9 for far less NIL as well
