Fire this stupid idiot too while we're at it. Can't stand watching this team play because of him.

Check with me is fine - I'm not a huge fan of it but I don't have a huge issue with it. My biggest problem is that we run the play clock down to 1 wayyyy too much especially for a freshman qb. We have to move quicker as an offense.

This, a lot of offenses use this, but we just seem to be taking too long to get the play back in.

With a Freshman QB, and how will the not checking with me didn't work on the last drive of the FSU game, I can understand it. Plus what he brings in recruiting is exceptional.

I wouldn't have an issue if we did it some. Doing it every single play is foolish. We never have any quick counts.. Making all the 2nd/3rd and short plays that much tougher to convert.

I think if you go through two OCs and the same problems are prevalent with both.... terrible 3rd down conversion pct and offense only shows up for a half, i would say thats on the Head Coach now.

Just like Randy couldnt get the offense right, just like with Muschamp... at some point all of it is on the Head Coach and that point been past when it comes to Al Golden.

Since we do "Check with me" on every snap, how is it possible to get into so many wrong offensive plays?:05.18-flustered:

Clean house. Leave not a single person that has been tainted by the fat ****** we have as a head coach. That ***** mentality has pervaded the entire staff. I want no one that thinks 9 wins in today's CFB is a great achievement. I want no one that is a glorified recruiter. Fire them all. And take that sock puppet Fake James too.

A lot of very good college offenses use "check with me" systems. That's not the problem. Brad also checked down quite a few times on Saturday night. That wasn't the problem as well.

i have no problems with it. or James for that matter. Spurrier did that check with me all the time.

I'm convinced a lot of the pace of play from the offense is on Goldens orders to protect his ****** defense.

i feel like the look to the sideline is to literally waste as much time as possible to give the D a break.

another Golden corchAl special.

#1 staff basher here but this is a non issue as unlike the defense, Coley is actually adjusting or trying to. For that, I give a 2nd year playcaller credit. Meanwhile, our defense still continues to put Trent Harris and Tyriq McCord into the flats in zone coverage

Yep...nothing like a true Frosh QB getting the play...running it thru his mind then have to go thru this BS sideline routine only to hurry up and have Kaaya only thinking of beat the clock....I hate this whole staff ALL of them

I think there are certain applications where the check with me concept hurts the offense. When I was at Fresno State back in the day, I took Jim Sweeney's football class. One of the things I learned was: On short yardage situations where you are going with a power run play, you never check at the line. Come up and snap the ball without giving the O line time to fidget. That's my criticism of coach Coley's use of 'check with me.' On short yardage plays just come to the **** line and fire off the ball.
