According to a post by a family member on Warchant. Don't shoot the messenger, lol.

He probably knows he gonna get sued the minute he leaves college wants to prolong it as long as possible to hurt the case chances.

Although Travis Rudolph is coming into his own, Greene is leaving and that kid is the very definition of a clutch receiver. I just can't see Jameis coming back, especially considering he's likely the number 2 pick in the draft.

Winston's draft status can only get worse if he stays. Looks like Dumbo is done with him.

LOLOLOL this kid is going to (foolishly) be drafted in the top 10.

If he stays it's more evidence that FSU been spending lots of cash on it's players.

He threw the ball to the other team a lot this year. I personally would love to beat the rapist next season on his home field.

The only thing that matters is who coaches Miami next year. With a real coach the road to title will run though Miami again.

emotional comment at the time of the loss. let it play out

That's what I'm thinking. Plus, a bunch of agents will get in his ear and that will be that.

Some on Warchant think he's trying to avoid having to pay a civil suit judgment to that girl by staying in school so he has nothing, but that won't work. She can still get a judgment against him which is good for 20 years in Florida.

The analysis of warchant, as per usual, is idiotic.

In all honesty, he's regressed since he's been there. That defense, Benjamin, and terrible schedule led them to a NC and Heisman. As of tonight he can't even hold on to the football without contact.
