Jalen Ramsey smh

Ramsey always seemed to make his performances against Miami personal. From what I understand, he really wanted to come here and our staph felt other prospects were better. FML. I always liked Ramsey. Don't care if he's a semenhole; game recognizes game and that young man has game. LOL at anyone who think Derwin James had this type of impact. Dude literally took over the game in 2016 to ensure we wouldn't win. Glad both he and Cook are gone from FSU

Im just happy he wasn't here when Golden had the players take those ghey *** pictures. Jalen would have embarrassed us even more being involved in that.

This seems to always be the case we just ignore them or offer late for some kid who is dead set on going to a SEC school.

We're seeing it now letting kids like Samuels go to FSU trying to keep Jobe around, who commitment was shaky at best, while going after Cambell/Surtain who were both long shots (if you looked at things objectively) and we lost all of them.

My point was that once they're gone (especially to fsu/uf) they're dead to me. I have no interest in Ramsey or anybody else who flashed the U then went somewhere else.

I think you're going a bit heavy on the hindsight. You'll always be able to say we shouldn't have wasted our time after a kid goes somewhere else, but you still have to try. You and everybody else would have rightly complained if we hadn't gone after Campbell/Surtain or if we'd dropped Jobe before he decommitted. You make your evaluations and you go after the kids you want. Sometimes it works, sometimes not, but you don't get to decide based on info you won't have until next year.
