This staff's incompetence knows no bounds. Julius should have been offered long ago, not only because he's a talented athlete who could help in the return game but also because he would probably solidify the commitment of one of our very few blue-chip commits.
There will be no one to blame but Golden when Williams inevitably flips. And then they'll fill the spots that could've been used on Williams/Julius on a couple obscure, low-rated coal shovelers from New Jersey.
Refuses to offer ESPN300 Athlete from Florida who could possibly fill a position of need and keep our stud RB commit happy, but signs two out of state 0-star O-linemen with a zero percent chance of ever playing here last year at the closing bell while we should probably be saving some scholarships.
That about sums up Al Golden right there.
I'll never understand why he doesn't have an offer Regardless
That offer to Julius better be coming soon if Dex is enrolling in about a week. Still as far as I know and have heard the only grant-in-aid Dex has signed was to Miami and it's most likely almost too late to sign one elsewhere and be able to enroll in time for anywhere else. Better hope he didn't secretly sign one at UL when he went on an official.

They have to make it public if he did sign one with UL, because u have unlimited contact with a recruit if u do so and u have to contact their admissions of your intentions.... Powell did that once he saw it was taking longer than usual to enroll in Miami
