I have high hopes for Phillips. I'm just concerned that Stroud will not elevate his game.

Did Rousseau not just have a 19.5 tackles for loss and 15.5 sack season as redshirt freshman?
He did, but he was doing that under Simpson before his redshirt. Better question is - do you believe that our DL looks well-trained and uses elite technique, strategy? I don't. It seems that our guys are basically just trying to get to the QB and aren't using moves and such to do so. Are you seeing something different on the DL?

Is his head ready to play? This is the kid with all the concussions right?

Be had wrist problems and concussions. The concussions are obviously more concerning.
He said in his interview with manny navarro that the wrist injury was more concerning actually and he tried to play on it before it healed properly . You have to watch for concussions for any football player but I was Reading up on it one day in regards to the UCLA thing and a guy like josh rosen even said ucla were being over cautious with deeming people to having concussions for whatever reason. They did him like that as well even though he was ready to play
