There had been report earlier of an upgrade at one of these spots. How do these guys look (senior year). I know we have a ton of Oline experts on here are we happy with these three?

It would be nice to have a surefire day 1 OT in the class but this year is a weaker OL class in general. With OL prospects the evaluators miss very often as evidenced by how many 3 stars get drafted high. We gotta trust MC & Mirabals judgment more often than not.

why is this a down year for Oline?
its seems like there are plenty of elite talent on the oline
they just going to other places

while this sounds like a copium excuse when we dont land the caliber of players we need,
Oline is the only position I feel we can give mario the benefit of the doubt

It is a down year and we should be recruiting better this class than we are

in 2023 the year we got 2 5 star oline
according to 247 there were 5 tackles in the top 30 players
this year there are 6
according to rankings there are just as many if not more highly ranked Olinemen this year than 2023
so how is it a down year
it just sounds like an excuse to me

its very alarming that we cant use our best season in years to land top shelf recruits
we recruiting like FSU when they were winning this year

i agree with you
im saying this is not a down year for lineman
we just not recruiting to the level we need to
im trying to dismiss this narrative by many on here that the reason we arent pulling top tier talent is bc this is some down year for oline

Jaden Wilkerson just turned 17 last month and is 6'6+ 320. He transferred to Edgewater so i know he play good comp this year gotta wait for the tape.

Campbell plays trash comp.

But has the bball background u like at tackle.

I think they are retooling the ol cubby because you never know when u would have portals or injuries. Im fine with 3 tackles in the class. I actually want a portal OT starter. But if thry can get another hs ot for cheaper go for it.

Maybe were back in for a center out the portal though i think that depends on spring development

Not making excuses but I think the full benefits of this season will be reaped next season and the following one…

In regards to this season with probably over half of the 247 top 300 committed it comes down to money now(NIL) we’ve proven we have money but we don’t have Yankees or dodgers **** you money to throw away… allocation to every position with some positions receiving more like DB

I think they took developmental tackles because they are already paying panvake alot in nil and he hadnt cracked the starting line up yet and looks like Bell will lock in one tackle spot along with mauigoa for another year so they dont /didnt break the bank at that position.

Almost like a salary cap move. Considering they wont have a plug n play tackle and have some young guys there they are already working wiyh like Pancake and Kinsler

Ii feel it's a meh class nationally. Can you name me 5-10 kids in this 2025 OL class who are day 1 caliber ? Because I can think of that many for 2026 quite easily.
