Jaden Francois in the Transfer Portal

Well, I'm on the "No way" camp for all the reasons started previously.

We just went on about how great it is to have a kid like Restrepo push teammates to create a Miami culture and then wee have folks on here ready to jump on this kid that does not embody what were trying to do here. This isn't a "kid made a bad decision" moment, this guy made 3 decisions and now wants to ''open his recruitment'' on Twitter?!

Probably very talented but we need more than talent on this team. We need guys that are serious about what they do and serious about how they do it... I'm not seeing that with him. Best of luck on his journey finding what he's looking for.. It ain't here.

I'm glad I never made a mistake at his age and had to deal with all the message board gangstas taking a **** on me like you all are on him.

I'm all about whatever makes the team better and I'm not in a position to say what does. Last year we thought he would make us better. We tried to get him until the very last minute. Situations change, but I don't write anything off while looking at it from the outside.

Good luck young man. Learn from your mistakes, that's all you can do.

Overall, I feel like recruits named Francois have been problematic for us.

Anyway, it's the generation of instant gratification and "ghosting."

Not all of them of course, and he's an extreme case, but there are plenty similar enough.

They don't want to fight spots, they want to post on Twitter, and if you don't follow their protocol..."✌️"

We've made things worse on ourselves, no question-- Recruiting, evaluations, lame performances, etc.

For most of us, "Bye Felicia" was a funny line in a movie, for some of these kids, it's a way of life.

Ironically we signed Felicia's son to play QB. 🤔

Nebraska 247

It's been a busy offseason in the transfer portal for Nebraska, which has seen 25 players, including walk ons, decide to leave. Francois is the second 2020 class member to depart the Huskers before playing a season on campus. He joins fellow Florida native and early enrollee Henry Gray, who transferred to FIU last month.
25!?! **** what the **** is Frost doing out there in bum **** land? That’s a whole lot of kids leaving for greener pastures. It’s not as if he’s been killing it in the B10 coaching there either. I know he’s the favorite son but unless he shows improvement the next 1-2 years he can go back hunting for a G5 gig to tout his prowess on.

I get it, but that's not my question. We've already taken back Walker and Cleveland Reed (and Jeff Thomas). My question wasn't really should we, it is will we?
I would say that he might be an option but he'd have to wait
