2027 Jaden Carey 4* CB from STA Commits to OSU

Safety def gotta be main db focus now. I personally want 3 in this class.

Poyser, Thornton, Day, Hussey all have max 2027 season for eligibility. And Fitzgerald MAY be a candidate to enter draft early. Then going into 28 you only have Dunnigan, Redding, and Jaylyn Jones in the fold. Obviously we’d just hit portal, but I think 3 out of HS should be target here

I def think we can take 4 cbs though. We need to plan to lose at least 1 guy to portal yearly or every other year at least. And on top of all the older guys we have that could be exiting to draft after this yr… the rest are unproven
 
What is wrong with STA. Oh well. The guys we have committed at CB are way better. But I would rather Ohio State not get guys from down here.

If safety is the spot it aint this kid.

Hypollite is the local target seperate from Jalyn Jones who OSU is trying their best to flip currently.

Poole, Pittman are the other targets any out of those 3 are good.

That school is Mario’s version of the Plantation from the Golden/Richt days.
 
We literally have more STA and Heritage players than any other school on our roster with former coaches from both programs on our staff.

Aside from him, I don’t think Pittman ends up visiting. I could see us landing Poole or Hyppolite. If we’re open to taking both, fine by me.
